LEADERSHIP: BUILD AGAIN + BETTER
What must change in us before we build again?
Open the approved poster at full size Why this matters
Leadership begins before the visible project. Character, habits and responsibility shape what a leader can build, how people experience that leadership and whether the work can be trusted.
The November sequence develops that idea. Build the Leader First (7 November) examines personal character, habits and responsibility before trying to change a system. Bring Value to the Table (14 November) frames leadership through contribution and the value brought to others. Build Trust, Not Control (21 November) explores conviction, communication and trust rather than dependence on control. Build People Who Can Build (28 November) focuses on developing understanding, capability and responsibility in others.
The first gathering is a leadership breakfast at Pastor Francis’s residence. Its start time has not been confirmed for public publication, and the residential address is intentionally withheld. The later meetings are online at 7:00 am; public page text does not reproduce private meeting credentials. Leadership formation remains part of Christian service: Christlike character, Scripture, prayer and responsibility come before influence.
Practical reflection
“Which part of your leadership must be built before the system around you can improve?”
Leadership breakfast — contact the leadership team about attendance and RSVP. The poster says “by invitation,” while earlier direction used RSVP; unrestricted public admission is not being advertised until the wording is resolved.
